Stormy Start To Week Before Sunshine Returns: Chicago Weather

The start of the work week will be a rainy, stormy one. According to the National Weather Service, storms and heavy rain are possible Monday. There is a marginal risk for severe storms Monday afternoon and evening, with the main risk being strong winds.
