Gorgeous Weekend Ahead For Illinois
After several days of temps near 100 degrees, we will get a bit of a break with temps in the 80s this weekend.
After several days above 90 degrees, things will cool down slightly this weekend. Both Saturday and Sunday should be dry and it will be less humid than the past several days.
According to the National Weather Service, Saturday has a high of 81 and Sunday has a high of 85 degrees. At night, temps will get down to 60 degrees.
The pleasant weather over the weekend will be a nice change, especially for areas that got hit with rain on Thursday. According to the NWS, several communities received over an inch of rain from Thursday's storms.
