Temps Dip Back Into 50s For The Week In IL

Temps will be in the 50s for most of the week, and it should be mostly dry and sunny all week.

ILLINOIS — After a weekend with temps near 80 degrees, temperatures will dip back down into the 50s for the week. Tuesday will be rainy, but the rest of the week looks sunny and dry.

Monday has a high near 60 degrees, and rain will move into the area Monday night, the weather service said. Rain will stick around Tuesday and the high for the day will only be 52 degrees.

The rest of the week will most likely be dry and sunny. The weather service said Wednesday will have a high of 59, Thursday has a high of 63 and Friday has a high of 55. There is a slight chance of rain both Thursday night and Friday.
