Steamy Weather Before Possible Storms This Weekend For IL
Temps will get up to 80 degrees on Saturday, but the area could see some rain and storms on Sunday.

The Chicago area will see another 80 degree day on Saturday, before temperatures cool slightly on Sunday. According to the National Weather Service, the high for Saturday is 83 degrees, but rain could roll into the area late Saturday night.
Sunday will still be warm, with a high of 74, but rain and storms are possible throughout the day.Winds could also gust as high as 25 mph, according to the NWS. Any chance of storms should clear up before 8 p.m. on Sunday evening.
The beginning of the work week will also be slightly cooler, and Monday has a high of 69 with clear, sunny skies.
