Theft, DUI: Lemont Police Reports

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Driving While License Suspended

• At 1:07 a.m. Jan. 1., Kyle Savka, 20, of Lansing, was arrested following a traffic stop at 131st Street and Derby Road for driving while license suspended, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and speeding. Savka was issued a Feb. 13 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• At 11:02 p.m. Jan. 4, Monica Prieto, 25, of Downers Grove, was arrested following a traffic stop at Brown Drive and Povalish Court for driving while license suspended and driving without lights when required. Prieto was issued a Feb. 13 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• At 11:32 a.m. Jan. 5, Porsche Byrd, 35, of Chicago, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Covington Drive for driving while license suspended, no valid driver's license and speeding 15-20 mph over the limit. Byrd was issued a Feb. 13 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Retail Theft

• At 6:45 p.m. Jan. 1, Malina Horandau, 27, of the 15300 block of Catalina Drive, was arrested following an incident in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue for retail theft. Horandau was issued a Jan. 17 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

DUI

• At 8:06 p.m. Jan. 3, Ross Finke, 32, of Homer Glen, was arrested following a traffic stop at State Street and Archer Avenue for DUI-alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Finke was issued a Feb. 15 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Theft

• At 10:20 a.m. Jan. 3, Rosa Lopez, 38, of Lockport, was arrested following an incident in the 13400 block of Archer for theft. Lopez was issued a Jan. 22 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
