Theft, Possession Of Controlled Substance: Lemont Police Reports

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Driving While License Suspended/Revoked

• At 8:55 p.m. Oct. 16, Roberto Vazquez, 32, of Chicago, was arrested following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and Oak Tree Lane for driving while license suspended/revoked and operation of uninsured motor vehicle. Vazquez was issued a Nov. 14 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• At 7:52 p.m. Oct. 20, Artur Caprian, 22, of Chicago, was arrested following a traffic stop at New Avenue and Lockport Street for driving while license revoked/suspended and expired registration. Caprian was issued a Nov. 11 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Violation Of Order Of Protection

• At 7:19 p.m. Oct. 17, Sonia Kucharski, 30, of the 0-100 block of Pine Needles Drive was arrested following an incident in the 0-100 block of Pine Needles for violation of order of protection. Kucharski appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a bond hearing.
• At 7:19 p.m. Oct. 17, Donna Kucharski, 59, of the 0-100 block of Pine Needles Drive was arrested following an incident in the 0-100 block of Pine Needles for violation of order of protection. Kucharski appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a bond hearing.

Theft

• At 4:10 p.m. Oct. 18, Carolyn Lenc, 34, of Plainfield, was arrested following an incident in the 0-100 block of Grace Court for theft. Lenc was issued a Nov. 16 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Possession of Controlled Substance

• At 11:43 p.m. Oct. 18, Mark Kalal, 21, of Aurora, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 16000 block of 127th Street for possession of controlled substance, possession of cannabis over 30 grams and possession of drug equipment. Kalal appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a bond hearing.

Speeding

• At 10:15 p.m. Oct. 20, Haytham Mahfouz, 26, of Bridgeview, was arrested following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and Castlewood Drive for speeding 26-34 mph over the limit and operation of uninsured motor vehicle. Mahfouz was issued a Nov. 16 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
