THURSDAY, APRIL 9

No Valid License

Richard J. Campbell, 46, of the 12900 block of Archer Avenue in Lemont was arrested for no valid drivers license and no insurance following an accident in the 11200 block of Lemont Road. He was issued an April 24 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

DUI

Bradley D. Waitkus, 37, of the 8700 block of Coventry Drive in Woodridge was arrested for driving under the influence and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident following an accident in the 11200 block of Lemont Road. He was issued an April 24 court date the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Possession of Cannabis

Edgaras Piliponis, 23, of the 1000 block of Florence Street in Lemont was issued a local ordinance citation for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 11200 block of Lemont Road. He will appear in the local court.

Driving on Suspended License

Thalia D. Duke, 26, of the 100 block of Red Barn Drive in Matteson was arrested for driving while license suspended, driving while registration suspended and speeding following a traffic stop in the 17400 block of 127th Street. She was issued an April 28 court date at the Will County Courthouse.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8

Unlawful Use of Weapon, Possession of Cannabis

Robert E. Kukla, 18, of the 10700 block of S. Depot in Worth was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and obstructed windshield following a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Lemont Road.

MONDAY, APRIL 6

Violation of Order of Protection

Gene A. Mittan, 49, of the 200 block of Yellow Pine Drive in Bolingbrook was arrested for violation of an order of protection following an incident in the 16100 block of New Avenue. He appeared at the Bridgeview Courthouse for a bond hearing.

Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer

Michael A. Antonaci, 19, of the 14200 block of S. Parker Road in Homer Glen was arrested for resisting/obstructing peace officer, illegal transportation of alcohol (passenger), possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at McCarthy Road and Sixth Street. He was issued an April 28 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Speeding, Possession of Alcohol and Drug Paraphernalia

Margaret L. Belair, 18, of the 14500 block of S. Abbott Road in Homer Glen was arrested for speeding, improper lane usage, zero tolerance, possession of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at McCarthy Road and Sixth Street. She was issued an April 28 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

SATURDAY, APRIL 4

Driving on Suspended License, Expired Registration

Neal Buttacavoli, 26, of the 2600 block of W. Iowa Street in Chicago was arrested for driving while license suspended, no insurance and expired registration following a traffic stop at New Avenue and Lockport Street. Mr. Buttacavoli was issued an April 28 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
