Volunteer Workday At Sagawau Learning Center

LEMONT, IL — The Sagawau Environmental Learning Center in Lemont will hold a restoration workday on Jan. 28, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Volunteers can come to the learning center and help restore the native habitat by removing invasive plants, according to the preserve website. Gloves and tools will be available for volunteers.

The volunteer workday is for ages 10 and up. The program will only be held if the center's ski trails are closed.
