Windy, Dry Days Ahead, Temps Drop To Below Average In IL

Temps will drop back to the 30s by the end of the work week.

ILLINOIS — The week will start with milder temperatures before dropping to temperatures well below November normal temps. The National Weather Service said Monday has a high of 51 and will be breezy, but no precipitation is expected. Rain or snow looks to be unlikely, as the work weeks looks to be sunny or partly cloudy.

Tuesday only has a high near 40 degrees, and Wednesday will be similar with highs in the 40s as well. The weather service said it will be windy both Wednesday and Thursday. Thursday and Friday will close out the week with chilly temperatures, and highs are expected to stay in the 30s.
