AEAR Pet of the Week: Petunia

Petunia (”Tunie”) is about two-and-a-half years old, about 20 pounds, and beyond adorable! If you want the snuggliest dog around, Tunie is your girl. While it takes her a bit to warm up, once she does she is your best gal pal--seriously! She is also one of our most popular dogs on our Facebook page.

Tunie is energetic and loves to run around. She would be best suited for a home with a fenced yard where she can get some exercise. But Tunie likes her down time too, snuggling up with her people or another dog. She gets attached to her “person.” She likes to cuddle with people she knows.

Tunie is good with the dogs she has been around and has lived with, but usually needs some time to get to know new ones. She lives with cats and is usually good with them.

Tunie would love to sleep with her family at night so she can cuddle in closely. She is truly special.
