AEAR Pet of the Week: Twilight

Twilight is a domestic long-hair cat, about five years old

Twilight is an amazing cat. She has been trained to walk on a harness and has been to pet therapy at a local nursing home. She has also accompanied us to school speaking engagements. She thrives on the exciting adventures and loves everyone she meets.

Twilight has FIV, which is contagious only to other cats and only from blood-to-blood contact. Please read up on FIV. FIV is not a death sentence. In the case of Twilight, she has some minor eye and skin allergies that are treated periodically with medication. But FIV is completely manageable.

Twilight is a very special cat indeed, spreading joy to both kids and the elderly through our educational programs and pet therapy in a nursing home we visit monthly. She is unique, enjoying social activities. Anyone who adopts Twilight will be a lucky family!
