All You Need to Know About Oktoberfest in Libertyville

Here is everything you need to know about this weekend’s Oktoberfest celebration in downtown Libertyville.
When and where?: Oktoberfest will be held from 6 to 11 p.m. on West Church Street next to Cook Park
What will you be happening?: There will be food, including German food; music; and drinks. Food will be available for purchase from Mickey Finn’s and Cluckers of Libertyville. A large assortment of Oktoberfest brews will be served, including the ever popular Mickey Finn’s. Blitzcreek Classic Rock N Roll band will kick off the evening, featuring cover songs of favorite rock classics from the Beatles to the Black Crows. David Dallison and Friends brings a great lineup of top musicians providing tons of energy and fun for listening and dancing. They will perform a variety of tunes that moves from pop to rock to soul and R&B. A local favorite, David Dallison will also be working his magic on vocals, putting his personal touch on your favorite hits.

How much does it cost?: Admission tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Children and military personnel with a current military ID are free. Tickets are available at the MainStreet office at 158 E. Cook and online while supplies last. ID must be presented at the entrance for admittance.
Where can you park?: Free parking is available in the Civic Center lot or in the covered parking garage on Brainerd and Lake Street
