The Libertyville Wildcats 8U Orange team won the Six Flags Great America Summer Classic on July 22nd in Waukegan. Strong pitching and timely hitting helped the Wildcats secure the title as they faced competition from Lake Bluff, Belvidere, and Libertyville Black.
The team is lead by manager Pat Kelly and coaches Marty Frega, Jeff Humbert, and Scott Wizceb. Players include John Daguinsin, Dylan Elstad, Joey Frega, Dylan Holmes, Marty Humbert, Michael Kelly, Tommy Latka, Ryan Seth, Andrew Sorensen, Hannah Vieth, Joey Wizceb, and Joey Yurek.
