Make a Change – Join me for the May Challenge!!
Spring is the time to make positive changes. Aren't you ready? Take the MissFIT May Challenge.
If we don’t change, we don’t grow. If we don’t grow, we aren’t really living. ~Gail Sheehy
Change can be a process, or it can happen quickly when we are not even looking. It can be forced on us or we can ease into it at a comfortable pace.
I have been a firm believer in if something is happening in my life that I don’t care for, it’s up to me to make a change. Unfortunately, it’s usually the more complex issues that we avoid and resist making that change. But once we take on the challenge of change, boy does it feel GOOD! You have built up some incredibly strong legs, let’s not loose that muscle tone! I heard from so many of you that you recruited your friends and families to join you in the challenge. Wasn’t it so much more fun and held you on track to have someone to share it with?

MAY PUSH-UP CHALLENGE
How many push ups can you work your way up to during the month of May? Why is it so important to do a push up? Push ups are a great way to build your upper body strength. Most of us women have weak upper bodies, so if we don’t spend time on strength training those muscles, we will have issues with joints and muscles as we get older.
Push ups work out all the muscles in the upper body and build optimal strength in the forearms, wrists, upper arms, shoulders and chest.
