Artist and Art Therapist Andrea Perez owner of  DreamScapes talks about Art Therapy.

Art therapy is a way of non-verbal expression. It allows us to describe our feelings without using words.  Andrea Perez offers art therapy classes and individual sessions at her studio, DreamScapes.  Some of her classes are specifically for Seniors. Andrea also offers therapy at Alexian Brothers Medical Center.
