The Brave Way - Self Defense Training for Adults, Teens and Families

In two hours we will teach you and your family members how to defend yourselves. This system is not a martial art, and no previous self-defense training is required to master the techniques taught. The techniques are easy to learn, extremely effective, based on instinctive principles that don’t require constant practice or years of training to use, and work regardless of one’s size, strength, speed, or skill. The program includes: lecture, demonstration, hands-on instruction, scenario based training, defense against armed and unarmed attackers. Participants who are under 16 should attend with a parent. Fee is per person. No discounts or vouchers. Tuition: $25. Class meets on Wednesday from 7:00–9:00 PM on January 27 at Libertyville High School. Registration is required.
