Butterfield Elementary Holds Used Clothing, Toy Sale In October

Mark your calendar! The sale will be held on Oct. 12 and 13.

LIBERTYVILLE, IL - The Butterfield Family Association’s Gently Used Children’s Clothing and Toy sale will be held on Oct. 12 and 13 at the Libertyville school. The sale, which will sell consignment items from Libertyville area families, will run from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 12 and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 13, at the school, 1441 W. Lake St. Forty percent of the sale will go to the BFA, a volunteer group which enhances education at the school, while 60 percent goes to the person selling the items.

A half-off sale on selected items will be held on Saturday, according to the news release.

Items for sale will include fall and winter clothing in infant through teen sizes. The sale also will include a large selection of toys, books, games, and videos, sporting equipment, Halloween costumes, and baby items.

This will be the only clothing sale for the school this school year.
