Byline Bank Supports Local Community Through Gift Card Program

Byline is purchasing $6,000 worth of gift cards to support small business owners in Libertyville.

Byline Bank is purchasing $6,000 worth of gift cards over November and December from small businesses in the Libertyville community to support local business owners who continue to rebuild from the pandemic’s impact on the retail and service sectors. Some of the businesses who benefited from the program include: The Bootery Boutique, How Impressive, Birdy’s, Black Cat Yoga Studio, MainStreet Libertyville and Milwalky Taco.

“Small businesses are at the heart of Libertyville’s special and hospitable community—drawing both residents and visitors and driving the local economy,” said Tim Harrington, Vice President, Business Banking. “Our goal is to help these businesses grow and thrive, so that the community does, too.”

On Giving Tuesday, November 30, Marc Grote, Business Development Officer of Byline’s Libertyville branch donated $1,000 in total value of the gift cards to Lake County Haven, a social-service agency dedicated to meeting the needs of homeless women and children.
