Join Mundelein Park & Recreation District for a walk/run for a good cause. the Chase 5K will be held at Steeple Chase Golf Course (200 N. La Vista Drive, Mundelein) on Saturday November 21 at 2:30 pm. Proceeds benefit the Mundelein Parks Foundation, providing program scholarships for children in our community. Traverse the hilly cart paths of the back nine and finish near the first hole. After completing the course stop in the clubhouse for snacks and warm beverages. The Mundelein Parks Foundation receives requests for $10,000 plus every year for children’s scholarships. We are trying to raise funds so we can meet those needs every year.
