Man Fatally Shot Younger Brother in Park City: Authorities
Jeffrey Quigley is charged with first-degree murder for killing his brother, Noah Quigley, Sunday night.
PARK CITY, IL — A confrontation between two brothers may have led to the older brother fatally shooting his younger sibling in Park City Sunday night, authorities said. Jeffrey Quigley, 31, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is now charged with two counts of first-degree murder for allegedly killing Noah Quigley, 22, near Teske and Kehm boulevards in Park City, the Daily Herald reports.
Noah Quigley of Park City was found lying in the street when authorities arrived at the scene and was taken to Advocate Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead. Preliminary results from an autopsy revealed Quigley died from injuries sustained after being shot, Lake County Coroner Howard Cooper said in a statement
Authorities searched Jeffrey Quigley's home on Tuesday and took him into custody. Bail has been set at $1 million for the Wisconsin man who is being held at the Racine County Jail pending extradition to Lake County, according to the Daily Herald.
