Dickens Of A Holiday Returns Saturday To Downtown Libertyville

LIBERTYVILLE, IL — All will be merry and bright in Downtown Libertyville this weekend as Dickens of a Holiday returns for its final weekend this holiday season.
The festivities will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday in downtown Libertyville. Here is a look at what will be happening during this weekend's Dickens of a Holiday:
- Photos with Santa in Cook Park: Santa will be in town from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, spreading holiday cheer, hearing children's Christmas wishes and taking photos in his sleigh with area children.
- Visit the Children’s Holiday Shoppe at Petranek’s Pharmacy, 426 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Libertyville, in their Community Room. Children can purchase gifts for their family with the help of Santa’s elves. No adults are allowed inside the holiday shoppe while the children pick out gifts for their loved ones. Items are priced up to $6.
- Victorian Tea be held at the Libertyville Civic Center from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
