District 128 schools will be closed Monday. School officials announced late Sunday that due to predicted severe weather conditions, Libertyville High School, Vernon Hills High School, and the District 128 Administration offices will not open on Jan. 28. All after-school activities and athletic practices and competitions scheduled for Monday are also canceled.
