Electronic Game Design - Racing Games - Apprentice / Master (Grades 3 - 5)

Children learn Science, Technology, Engineering and Math skills while having fun.

During the Electronic Game Design racing classes, students will use Multimedia Fusion 2® to create their own video game. Whether students wish to create a boat with a water themed track or any other theme, they build a complete video game from start to finish. They program their vehicle along with the opponent’s vehicle to drive on and off the track as they both compete to finish the race first. At the end of class, students take home an electronic copy of the game they create. No vouchers or discounts. Tuition: $205. Class meets on Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu 1:00–4:00 PM on June 6‒June 9 at Vernon Hills High School. Registration is required. Register online through District 128’s Community Education Department at www.ComEd128.org, or call 847-247-4576 to register by phone.
