Elmhurst Woman Hits Cop, Urinates In Parking Lot: Police
A domestic dispute between a couple led to arrests for DUI for him, and battery, public intoxication and urination and more for her.

LIBERTYVILLE, IL — A domestic dispute between a couple led to a confrontation with police in Libertyville early Sunday morning, according to the Libertyville Police Department. Both the boyfriend and girlfriend were arrested.
A Libertyville cop spotted a car driving with the passenger side door open around 2:40 a.m. Sunday, as a female attempted to escape the moving car, according to a press release. The car pulled into a parking lot in the 1300 block of North Milwaukee Avenue where the officer "heard and saw the boyfriend and girlfriend arguing."
Police approached the driver, Bryan Timmerman, 49, of Lake Villa, and Kimberly Carroll, 47, of Elmhurst. They found Timmerman smelling strongly of alcohol, the press release said, and determined he was driving under the influence. He was arrested on the scene and his car was towed.

When she was put in the squad car, she "repeatedly kicked the prisoner cage." Police brought her into the department where she damaged a wall by throwing a chair, the release said.
Timmerman was released on $1,000 bond and is expected in court on Jan. 12. He's charged with driving under the influence.
