To celebrate the museum's re-accreditation by the American Association of Museums, the Lake County Discovery Museum will be free of charge all day for all ages.
This accreditation is a seal of approval that is received by less than 5% of all museums in the country. It brings national recognition to the museum for its commitment to excellence, high professional standards and continued improvement.
