Foreclosure Suit Filed Against Libertyville Harley-Davidson

Summit Investment Management LLC has filed a $6.4 million foreclosure lawsuit in Lake County Circuit Court against Lake Shore Harley-Davidson in Libertyville for repayment of loans, according to Crain's Chicago Business. 

Harley-Davidson, which is based in Milwaukee, has been struggling over the past couple years and its income ell from more than $1 billion in 2006 to a loss of $55 million in 2009, according to the article. 

Lake Shore Harley-Davidson is located at 14000 Rockland Road in Libertyville.
