Free Electronics Recycling Event for Libertyville Residents

LIBERTYVILLE, IL — A free electronics recycling event will be held this weekend in Libertyville. The event will run from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday at the public works facility, 600 North Avenue. A full list of accepted items and items that are not accepted can be found here.

Those stopping out should bring their ID to show they are a resident of Libertyville, since the recycling event is meant for Libertyville residents only.

Residents can unload their own items to the collection area, according to information posted on the village's website. Those who may need help unloading their items should plan on bringing someone with to help.
