Free Libertyville Garden Walk- 5 Beautiful Private Gardens- July 11, 2015!

A free garden walk will be hosted by the Gardeners of Central Lake County on Saturday, July 11, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The self-guided walk will showcase five interesting and varied specialty private gardens located in Libertyville.

Highlights of the gardens include interesting groupings of perennials, wide assortment of trees and shrubs including unusual varieties, colorful planted containers, English inspired garden , rose garden including David Austin roses, shade gardens, structures covered by beautiful assorted vines and fruiting plants, raised bed vegetable garden and many more garden gems.

Tour the gardens at your own leisure, enjoy the natural beauty and possibly take home some new ideas!

Plan to purchase raffle tickets for a $50.00 gift certificate from a local nursery!

The club meets the second Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the Cross Life Evangelical Free Church, 431 W. Austin in Libertyville . Guests are always welcome!
