Simply Bee owner Audrey Grunst, LSCW, cuts the ribbon to celebrate expansion of their space at 175 E Hawthorn Parkway, Vernon Hills. Simply Bee provides comprehensive adult and adolescent mental health care through therapy, psychiatric care, movement, yoga, and more. "Everybody deserves to feel like they have a place in this world to simply bee," noted Grunst. Vernon Hills Trustee Tom Koch, GLMV President Scott Adams and others applauded their leadership providing amazing critical services to the community. Simply Bee also received the 2023 "GLMV Make A Difference" Award at the GLMV Holiday Party in December. In addition, Grunst leads the Mental Health Network Group along with D128 Community High School District. Ribbon Cutting attendees included GLMV Vice Chair Chris Piazzi, Mundelein Community Bank; Directors Jon Petrillo, Village of Vernon Hills; James Smith, ReMax Showcase; Tom Gottfried, The Thomas Group, and others.
