The Grinch Comes To Libertyville
The village is holding a contest as they try and locate the Grinch.

LIBERTYVILLE, IL — Libertyville police are asking for the public's help in locating the Grinch.
As part of a contest, Libertyville Police Department Lt. Matt Goze announced anyone who tracks down the Grinch, who has been spotted at Libertyville parks, should take a picture of him or a selfie with him. During the "press conference," Goze provided a description of the Grinch.
"The Grinch is approximately 8 feet tall and was last seen in red and white clothing," Goze said. "We believe the Grinch is disguising himself as Santa Claus in an attempt to try and ruin Christmas."
