Grow a Curative Tea Garden

Many herbs used in herb teas, called tisanes, have medical and healing properties. This class explores the many attributes of easy to grow herbs that can come from drinking them as tea. We will review planting methods and garden plans, and talk about blending herbs for tea while we sample several herb tea blends. Participants will take home some herbal tea along with sample garden plans. Material fee of $2.00 is included in the tuition. Gold Card Fee: $18.50. Tuition: $25. Class meets on Tuesday from 7:00–9:00 PM on March 15 at Vernon Hills High School. Registration is required.
