Hail to well-placed Hate and Anger
A lesson for Bad Medicine at the Libertyville Centre Club: unable to tolerate good, they bear false witness against and unjustly punish it.

If I could accomplish one remaining thing in life, it would be to correct the misguided “party” line toward hate (a mental state) and anger (a feeling). Hate and anger are normal; hate and anger are good. Hate and anger, directed at the right thing in the right way is not sin, but, in fact, G-d’s expressed will.{Romans 12:9; Psalm 5:4, 7:11, 97:10}
Love and happiness, which everyone seems so enthralled by, is wonderful when directed at good, justice or awe of life and all the world has to offer. Love and happiness towards malevolence, injustice or evil (if you believe it so) is perverse. Hate and anger is good when it is aimed at that which is malevolent, unjust or evil.
In the history of the world, a hateful mental state or angry feeling state has never caused malevolence, injustice or evil; in contrast, acts of revenge or vengeance are malevolent as are acts of untampered retaliation or retribution – these acts stir and facilitate further malevolence. Hatred and anger towards that which is malevolence offers the same good as love and happiness towards good.

Our thinking may never rise to the level of “Spock-like-logic,” but it’s time to get this notion down; true freedom and/or justice depends on it. Freedom and justice depend on/are byproduct of the powerful tandem of love and happiness and hate and anger. It’s indifference or failure to experience and express love and happiness toward good and/or hate and anger towards malevolence that’s the danger; we best learn to let the good of hate and anger towards malevolence and evil have its way rather than believing or accepting the notion that “it’s all good,” or why be mad because there is nothing that I can do (it’s for my own good), when it’s not good, and there is something you can do – hate and be mad about the malevolent, unjust and evil acts of others – and don’t stop doing so until there is justice or remedy for which to love and be happy.
