Town and Country Garden Club of Libertyville presents, Hidden Gems Garden Walk. It will take place June 24th from 10:00 AM – 3:00PM rain or shine. The walk will feature five beautiful homes and seven townhome gardens in our community. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 the day of the walk. Tickets are available at the June 8th and 22nd Libertyville Farmer’s Markets, Libertyville Village Hall as well as How Impressive! and Eclectic Design Source both on Milwaukee Avenue in downtown Libertyville.
Homes on the walk vary in size and theme but each is beautiful and unique. This year, having seven townhomes (all in the same area), we are able to feature garden ideas for small spaces. There will be English, shade, perennial, pond and vegetable gardens plus one certified wildlife habitat.

“This is fun way to spend an afternoon with friends and come away with new ideas and inspiration for your own garden. There’s something for everyone!” said Joyce Geib, past president of the Town and Country Garden Club.
Proceeds from this fundraiser are used to support the beautification of Libertyville with plantings of local, public areas such as Cook Mansion, David Adler Arts and Music Center, Libertyville Train Station, Libertyville Civic Center, Winchester House and the Blue Star Memorial. The Club has also procured a garden plot in the community gardens to supply fresh produce to the local Food Pantry. For more information, contact Joyce at 847-362-8357 or email Lmoosegeib@comcast.net
