These Lake Co. Roads Will See Upgrades This Year

The Lake County Division of Transportation announced the 2021 construction program that includes $109 million for infrastructure projects to improve traffic congestion, increase safety, and reduce carbon emissions on Lake County's transportation system.

More than 30 transportation projects will be under construction in 2021. Projects include road widenings, a new roundabout, bike path connections, resurfacings and adaptive signal controls with flashing yellow arrows along Butterfield Road - marking the first time this technology has been used in Lake County.
