Libertyville High School's Sean Ferrell Named Assistant Coach of the Year
Assistant Baseball Coach Sean Ferrell was recognized by IHSBCA for his 14 years of work at Libertyville High School.
Libertyville High School Baseball Coach Sean Ferrell was recently honored as Assistant Coach of the Year by the Illinois High School Baseball Coaches Association (IHSBCA). Ferrell was recognized for his work as an assistant coach at LHS for the past 14 years. During that time, he has served as a Varsity Assistant and Freshman A coach. Ferrell received the award at the IHSBCA Banquet on Jan. 23 in Lombard. He was joined at the banquet by his colleagues from the LHS Coaching Staff - Jim Schurr, Tom Carlucci, Dan Gooris, Andy Thomson, Beau Schaefer and Matt Wiggins.
