Extracurricular offerings, facilities and the administration at Libertyville High School ranks among the best in the state, according to recently released rankings by Niche.com.

But when it came to the high school’s food, Libertyville High School did not fare as well.

The rankings by Niche.com singles out the best high schools in the nation, ranking them also by state. Libertyville High School was ranked as the 10th best high school in the state.

The rankings are based on statistics and reviews by parents and students. In reviewing Libertyville High, Niche received 255 responses, most of which were positive.

Niche.com also ranked specific areas at high schools, such as academics, teachers, administration and more. Here is how Libertyville High ranked in those areas:
