Libertyville Office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group Packs Meals for Feed My Starving Children

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group’s Libertyville office volunteered at Feed My Starving Children during the KoenigRubloff Cares Foundation Week of Kindness event. Feed My Starving Children in Libertyville is a non-profit organization that sends hand-packed meals to children all over the world. The meals are especially formulated for malnourished children. During the week, close to 500 Realtors® from 24 of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group offices volunteered time and services to organizations in their respective communities.

Jim Votanek, Vice President and Managing Broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group’s Libertyville office, said, “We have volunteered at Feed My Starving Children for years and always feel proud of the contribution we make.” He continued, “We packed 68 boxes of food which translates into 14,688 meals; enough for 40 kids to be fed for a year!”
