Schedule Set For Libertyville's Memorial Day Parade, Ceremony

LIBERTYVILLE, IL – Libertyville is prepping for activities and a parade to celebrate Memorial Day. Those participating in the Memorial Day parade will gather at the Libertyville Metra train station at 9 a.m. The parade will step off at 9:30 a.m. and continue to Cook Park on West Church Street, according to information posted on Little Lake County.

A program will follow and will include music from the Libertyville High School band and presentations by Mayor Terry Weppler, representatives of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars, and high school essay contest winners.
