Libertyville's Out to Lunch Kicks Off Friday

Bring a blanket or lawn chair to downtown Cook Park each Friday starting June 26 for Libertyville’s Out to Lunch.

The event will be held each Friday through Aug. 21. From 11a.m. to 2 p.m., food vendors will be offering burgers, brats, Mexican specialties, pizza, kabobs, sandwiches, barbecue, wraps or salads, ice cream and fresh made cannolis.

Attendees can relax and enjoy easy listening music played by local bands. Here is a look at this summer’s musical entertainment line-up:

• July 31, David Dallison & Friends

Each week there will be a raffle for a $25 MainStreet gift certificate.

Convenient parking is found in the covered free parking garage on Lake Street. Alternate parking is found at the municipal lot behind St. Lawrence Episcopal Church.
