With Milwalky Taco, Kuebler explores his love for the humble taco, loading fresh tortillas with everything from crispy pork belly to slow-braised lamb to grilled beef tongue. Starters and sides include housemade salsas, a seafood cocktail and, of course, warm corn chips. The new restaurant also builds on Milwalky Trace’s signature hand-crafted cocktails. At Milwalky Taco, the bar offers the Blazing Saddle, made with bourbon, cilantro and fresno peppers, as well as the Mezcal Mule, a twist on a classic.
