New Lou Malnati's Opening In Gurnee
The pizza chain's newest location will offer carryout and delivery.
GURNEE, IL — A new Lou Malnati's Pizzeria will be opening soon in the area.
The Northbrook-based restaurant chain known for its deep dish pizza will open a location at 4949 Grand Avenue in Gurnee on Monday, according to a news release. The 2,1oo-square-foot pizzeria will offer carryout and delivery service only.
The new Lou Malnati's will be located in a multi-tenant retail building and is adjacent to Gurnee Donuts, The Honey Baked Ham Company and Jalisco Restaurant at Grand Mills Plaza.

The store hours will be from 4 to 9 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday.
The new Malnati’s will hire 50 local employees and is seeking delivery drivers, kitchen crew and phone staff. The managers are now hiring and currently holding interviews on-site. Those interested in applying for job will need to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States and a resume, if applicable.
