New Owner to Add Apartments to Manchester Square

A Chicago-based holding company, Cedar Street Companies, is the new owner of Manchester Square after buying the three-story building in the prominent location at Milwaukee Avenue and Lake Street for $7.15 million, according to the Daily Herald. 

The building is 85 percent occupied and will fill the remaining space on the second and third floors with 30 apartments, according to the article.
