NISP Pageant girls help out at Arthritis Walk

NISP Girls help at Arthritis Walk as part of Team Delaney

The NISP (Northern Illinois Scholarship Program) girls had a great time helping out at the Arthritis Walk in Libertyville, IL on April 25, 2015.  Even though the weather was cold, the spirits were high and smiles were abundant.  The Arthritis Walk is a very special event that the girls participate in yearly.  The girls are part of Team Delaney in honor or Delaney Rogers who is a 10 year old young lady who has had arthritis since she was about 3.  The NISP girls helped in the food area this year and helped guide participants to the raffle tables.  They even participated in the walk! 

NISP is a crowned volunteer organization.  NISP holds 3 pageants a year and the ladies (ages 3 and up) participate in thousands of hours of community service throughout the year.  NISP also has an ambassador program for ladies/girls who aren’ If you would like more information on NISP and the work they do go to www.nisprogram.com.  Anyone can be a part of this great organization and help out in their community!
