North Suburban Wind Ensemble Concert
District 128's Community Education Program presents the North Suburban Wind Ensemble Spring Concert on Sunday, May 21 at 7:00 p.m. in the Vernon Hills High School Auditorium.
The program will open with a performance by the award winning Wood Oaks Junior High School Band from Northbrook. The band is under the direction of NSWE horn section member Wayne Gordon. The NSWE performance will feature works by Berlioz, Ticheli and Grainger. A special highlight will be a solo performance by Libertyville High School junior trombonist Melissa Manetsch, performing David's Concertino for Trombone.
