Owner Of Lake Forest, Lake Bluff Restaurants Eyes Mundelein Irish Pub

MUNDELEIN, IL — A new Irish pub could be coming to downtown Mundelein.

Jeff Urso, co-owner of Donati's Pizza and Duffer's Pub in Lake Forest and Bratski's in Lake Bluff, is looking to buy Teddy O'Brian's at 320 E. Hawley Street in Mundelein, according to the Daily Herald. Urso is planning improvements for the space, including new floors, and a name change to Hatricks Irish Pub.

He is also hoping to update the menu, according to the article. All six trustees on the Mundelein Village Board have recommended Urso move forward with applying for a liquor license for the establishment.
