Reflexology - VitaFlex with Essential Oils

Ancient Chinese medicine utilizes Reflexology, the ability to access all body parts, through the bottoms of your feet. Applying essential oils to the feet is a safe and effective way to help your body heal. You will learn Reflexology points and the VitaFlex technique in applying the oils to your feet. We will be applying oils to your feet so that you may experience this technique. A $10 material fee is included in the tuition fee. Gold Card Fee: $23.50. Tuition: $29. Class meets on Thursday from 7:00–9:00 PM on April 14 at Libertyville High School. Registration is required.
