Reiki (ray-key) is a Japanese word that describes a technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and also promotes healing. It is a simple yet powerful technique that can be easily learned by anyone. It is referred to as spiritually guided energy. You will learn how to use this energy on yurself and for the benefit of others. You will be attuned to Level I Reiki in this session. Bring a yoga mat or towel, pillow, and wear comfortable clothing. A material fee of $75 is included in the tuition. Gold Card Fee: $92. Tuition: $99.
