LIBERTYVILLE, IL — Those with questions regarding a reconstruction project along Rockland Road in Libertyville can get some answers during an open house this week. Village officials and Civiltech Engineering Inc. consultants — the group hired to plan the project — will be on hand from 4 to 8 p.m. on June 27 during the open house at the Libertyville Village Hall, 118 W. Cook Avenue in Libertyville, according to the village's website.
