Senior Ballet

Ballet class for seniors for toning and flexibility. Beginners welcome!

A ballet class for mature adults is in its early stages of development. If you are 45 or over and love ballet, this is the perfect exercise to help you get/stay limber. If you have never studied ballet, this is your chance to learn the basics, or if you've taken classes on and off your entire life, this is your chance to embrace again the beauty which is ballet.

Brenda Good, who has a recurring role on Chicago Med, is the instructor. Her goal is to teach mixed level ballet with an equal emphasis on technique, artistry and choreography using the Cecchetti Ballet method. It is the best and safest method for teaching ballet for all body types and ages. Everyone works at their own level.
