Wine Making - Introduction
It's possible to make your own great tasting wine. Come learn the process. It's easy!
Learn just how easy it is to make your own wine at home. In 1.5 hours we will guide you through the wine making process, covering the different regions, grape varietals, and everything else you need to successfully make 30 liters of wine at home. During the class we will also sample some craft wine, paired with cheese and sweets. Each student will receive a tasting glass. This class meets at Perfect Brewing Supply, 619 E. Park Avenue, Libertyville. No discounts or vouchers. Tuition: $35. Class meets on Saturday from 6:00–8:00 PM on March 12 at Perfect Brewing Supply. Registration is required.
